By signing below, you agree to pay vendor fees in advance of the deadline for the event, and you agree to occupy only the space designated to your business. You also agree to set up and break down during the times allotted for set up and break down, and you understand there will be no refund given because you were not set up during the designated time period. All vendors must have the set up completed before the start time of the event; late set ups will not be permitted. You are not allowed to split your vendor space with another business unless you have received prior consent from the event host; additional businesses must be registered.

 

Your space and products must always be manned at all times as the event host will not be liable for lost or damaged products. If you have more than one staff member and food is being served at the event the additional staff must pay for the meal, only one meal is included with the space rental. Included in your vendor space will be two chairs and a 6-foot table; products must be kept within the perimeter of this space unless you are replacing the table with a clothing rack that fits within the 6-foot space. Your business must provide a tablecloth for your space,(business logos are permitted)

Products will not be permitted to remain at the location beyond the time of the event. The event host will not be responsible for any agreements between the vendor and the customer. Secure payment for products or services prior to rendering products or services, other arrangements will not be the responsibility of the host of the event.

 

The event host reserves the right to deny applications of any business that isn’t conducive to our moral standard. No smoking of any kind is allowed.

The event host reserves the right to ask a business to leave premises who is disruptive to the event or interferes with other businesses conducting their transactions.
